Mr. Raju Prasad Kadel a youthful and vivacious business personality of Nepal has been successful in establishing a leading group of multi Business organizations in a period of 16 years. It all started on 7th September 2004 AD (22 nd Bhadra, 2061 BS) with purchase of 17 ropani Land at Sitapaila, Ward no. 5 with the mission to create a better lifestyle by efficiently utilizing the resources. The journey from four family’s settlement to 700 has been a very emotional and happy journey.

Padma Group of Company’s corporate office is situated at Sitapaila, Kathmandu. It is led by its single shareholder Mr. Raju Prasad Kadel, a well-respected figure in the business of real estate and media. This is how Padma Group of companies have evolved over 16 years. In 2061 Bs Company was established in the name of “Padma Merchant Company Pvt. Ltd” (PMC) which was initially involved in Real Estate Business. In 2063Bs another company was established in the name of Padma Khanepani Pvt. Ltd for supply of water. On 2065Bs. Business was extended in the name of Padma Colony Pvt. Ltd in Real Estate Business of PMC at that time Nation’s first popular and leading analytical news channel Mountain Television was acquired. Business was extended in the Name of Divine Homes Pvt. Ltd Real Estate Business of PMC then business was extended in the name of Shyama Colony Pvt. Ltd in Real Estate Business of PMC.
In 2066 Business was extended in the name of Multipure Drinking Water Pvt. Ltd for supply of drinking water in bottles. In 2067 New Business started in the name of Padma Grocery Pvt. Ltd for supply of goods in the colony.
Business extended in the name of Padma Construction Pvt. Ltd in Real Estate Business of PMC. Business was extended in the name of Padma Group Pvt. Ltd in the Real Estate business of PMC.
On 2068 Started another new TV channel Padma Media Network Pvt. Ltd (Bhakti Darshan Television broadcasting Nepal’s one and only socio-spiritual-cultural Network, reaching out to vast Asian viewers and worldwide) was established and was Business extended in the name of Padma Group Pvt. Ltd in Real Estate Business of PMC. In 2070 Business News Broadcasting Company Pvt. Ltd (Business Plus Television) was established to cover the business sector of Nepal. In 2074 Jagadguru Kripalu Pratisthan Nepal was established for construction of temples in the fifth phase. In 2075 Business expanded News Network Pvt. Ltd. Business was extended in the name of Empire Properties Pvt. Ltd in Real Estate Business of PMC. Business extended in the name of Pranam Trade Concern Private Limited in the Real Estate Business of PMC. On 2076 New Business Hotel Divine Bliss (5-star Hotel) for Hospitality service. Business was extended in the name of Aaryadha Multipurpose Company Pvt. Ltd in the Real Estate Business of PMC.
